20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
3 minute rest between rounds.
Squats are much harder than they seem. Many people get frustrated when they can't do a good squat right away not knowing that it can take years to develop a good air squat. Here's a little instructional video from crossfit.com to help us all with our squats.
