200 meter run
This is a team event. Each team mate does each rep of every exercize and for example, if Ken finishes wall balls before Dianne, he performs air squats until Dianne is done. Then they move on to the next exercize. This is for the first 3 exercizes only, you get to rest after the 200 meter run until your partner gets back.
