"Time Trials"




Complete each of the following tasks individually for time.

500M Row
400M Run
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups

Post time for each task. You may perform them in any order. You may rest as long as you like between efforts, but you must complete all 5 movements within 1 hour.
