holly crap! My fingers still hurt….not to mention my shoulders are sore :-o
I really liked the hang power clean. I want to work on my technique....I can see the benefit in doing it right. I could feel a lot more strength in getting the weight up.

Ok I got mad at the pull ups but I know I'm stronger than I was a few months ago. I will keep pushing myself because you guys motivate me. Thanks for pushing me !
