Box Jumps (24)
Push Press (65/45)
Deadlift (185/115)
KBS (53/35)
*Do 2 minutes of box jumps, then move immediately to 2 minutes of push press, etc. until you have done 8 minutes of continuous exercise at max effort. Wash, rinse, repeat. Oops! I mean rest 2 minutes then repeat again for 2 more rounds, your lowest rep total for each movement counts so make sure you get after it on every exercise!
