CrossFit is for Everyone

Many people are scared of CrossFit because the workouts look hard and because they can't do some of the movements. What many people don't realize is that the workouts, especially those from the main site, are meant to challenge even the most elite athletes - therefore it's okay if us normal human beings need to scale the workout or if it takes us a little longer to complete the workout. All that we ask if that you try your best. So if you're a beginner, it's okay to substitute push-ups on your knees for handstand push-ups as long as you give the workout your all. Handstand push-ups will just be one of the skills you need to work on so that down the line, you can do handstand push-ups in the workout.

Here are two videos, courtesy of crossfit.com, showing us that CrossFit is for everyone. The first is of 8 year old Maggie and the second is of 81 year old Vilma.
